If I could give zero stars I would. We scheduled a chimney cleaning and inspection in our home for wood fireplace today (11/10/22). Tony arrived and inspected our chimney on the interior. Immediately explained that we need to properly seal the smoke chamber which will cost us $2400. We stated that we had this inspected when purchasing the house and they stated we did not need that. He insisted if we don’t complete it we will have issues in the future. We explained to Tony that we would need to think about it and do some research. Tony then explained that he will be charging us $175 regardless if we don’t get the chimney cleaning which was not explained over the phone. He stated FREE ESTIMATE over the phone. We decided to continue with the chimney cleaning which consisted of Tony going on our roof with a leaf blower for all of 5 minutes and did not do anything else. A teenager could do what Tony did. When looking into the chimney from the base you can still see soot covered everywhere. It’s disgusting. We pretty much were swindled/taken advantage of/screwed over. Whatever you want to call it. He was also incredibly rude to my family and I. I would recommend to stay away from this company.
