KIngCaire carried out a major seven month remodeling project on our large older house (over 100 years old) and did a superb job. Although we had an architect design the project, a number of unforseen challenges came up that were not apparent in the planning stages, such as some significant structural issues behind walls. Billy readily adapted to these and implemented very sensible, effective, and economical solutions, and kept this complex project on track. In addition, as the project proceeded, we made a number of changes and add-on requests to the original plans, such as the installation of custom made cabinets/bookshelves. Again, Billy worked closely with us and some of these add-ons turned out to be the highlights of the whole project. We were endlessly impressed by Billy's desire to do very high quality work but in the most economical way possible. We stayed in the house during the project and Billy and his team were exceptionally careful to work with us to minimize disruptions and inconveniences. The renovations exceeded our expectations and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.
