    Multi-Room Remodel project

    We worked with Lonnie Denney one of the two owners and who will also be the General Contractor for all work on our 1943 4-Plex gut and remodel job. Although still at the drawings and approval phase, I am absolutely confident of the outcome. I base this on how Lonnie interacts with us, the questions he asks to ensure complete alignment from thought to delivery. He demonstrates the ability to think high end or to a medium level finishes for rental units. He sees the big picture and is absolutely customer focused.
    Lonnie is a gem to work with and know.

    From a pricing perspective, I would say Kingdom Construction is market competitive.
