Put a $2300 deposit down for a pellet stove on Dec. 20. Almost 4 months later still don't have one. Called dozens of times, emailed, and texted the office manager, to no avail. Contacted Dept. of L&I, Washington State attorney general, and BBB. All three have tried to get them to respond with no luck. Finally got an attorney to help me recover my money. Awful, dishonest people. They literally stole my money! The BBB has now revoked their accreditation and have given them a big fat "F"!
