It has been a horrible experience to say the least. We purchased a brand new home from them and they never followed through with the 1 year warranty, we have a fireplace that concrete is falling off of,no seems were done around fireplace,window locks are faulty, bathtub in Master Suite moves around, paint has bubbles all over the entire ceiling in home, seal on bathroom window has a crack, living room floor has a dip in floor, Master Bedroom can lights flicker when other lite switches are turned off and on, Heat pumps for home have been a constant issue, front door of home barely looks as when rains it seems to swell. We have had almost nothing completed as warrantied when purchasing this brand new home.The finishing work on the home was not up to the price of the home. Please buyer beware this company does not follow through and has actually had a Superintendent State he was leaving due to how they do/don’t do business. Please be aware when purchasing a home or having this company complete a job as there is no warranty/guarantee in their work. My review is for people to be aware of the company they are about to hire as word let a lone a contract means nothing to the owner of this company, we tried reaching out to the Supers for the company and seemed to have great communication but no one comes through on the promised solutions as per contract. Please do your research on this business as we trusted they would follow through with word but even more so a contract. Customer/Buyer BEWARE!!

We purchased our home 2/2019 in Mount Vernon. We hired an independent inspector before we purchased the home and had a clear punch list. Through the year, Reuben kept in touch with us, but he then left. The company hired a Superintendent to assist us with our list and our 1 year inspection, but no communication has taken place. We have since learned that the Superintendent has left and now no one is assisting us. Our crawl space has water issues, which is creating mold. Our punch list is not complete and the finishes with paint and tiles, are very sloppy. The subcontracting for the cement and paint for exterior and interior, is subpar. The paint in one room is cracking and now beginning to fall from the ceiling. It saddens me to say, people should do their homework before investing in a home with this company. They are nice, but they did not follow through on their promises. I am glad I have a paper trail and signed documents to hold them accountable.
