Kinnecorps LLC destroyed my house did not pay roofers who then filed lien against my property, Kinn also tried to sue me for unpaid amount but, I had proof paid in full. House leaks. Roger should be a politician. State investigators got involved said I would be taken care of. Still waiting. I Team got involved, interviewed by I Team reporter. A lot of good that did. Jacksonville's reputation lives on.

Total Scam. Kinnecorp failed to comply with their own contract terms and in accordance with Florida Statue Section 489.105(3). Kinnecorp received greater than 50% of “Assignment of Benefits Claim Contract” for roof replacement and storm remediation. Kinnecorp was nowhere to be found after check was funded. Voice messages were rarely returned when you could leave a voice message. Much of the time the voice mail box were full. Sent letters to Kinnercorp. Kinnercorp responded with a balance due invoice for materials never received and services never performed.

Never, This company is a total scam, out to rob you of your money, and sanity.
They dont show when they say they will. Their contract isn't even legal by the State of Florida Standards. Roger is a complete SCAM ARTIST.. My roof didn't pass inspection and they cost me over 7500.00 in damages to my home. They put a lein on my home, which Ive been fighting. They say I owe money for work that was never preformed. Be aware, his employess are not sub contractors and when you ask them questions, You get in return the no-speak-english reply. Do NOT let this company do your work.
