    Whole house remodel after water damage
    $64,000

    Kyle Kinsey was hired to put our home back together after we experienced water damage. He was recommended & vouch for by our public adjuster. (after concerns about his past was made). He ended up not only walking off the job but he has committed fraud & theft & criminal charges have been filed. We have had to put out a great deal of money (over $50,000 so far) to get our home finished. He did not pull permits. He didn't insulate an outside wall. The entire house had to be repainted & repaired from work he did. Do your homework on this guy. & be mindful of who you are dealing with. He is not to be trusted. The public adjuster we hired who vouch for him (Heather Barile) is aware of what he did to us & seems to have done nothing to help us in this matter. We hired him as Kyle Kinsey remodeling. After he walked off the job he put up a new website as Kinsey remodeling. He's tricky. Beware

    Redo house after a flood from 2nd floor toilet - everything to be done by company.

    I would give Kyle a zero score if possible. He was very cooperating until he walked off the job on May 30, 2023!!! The last day on the job was Friday, May 26.
    He said the project would be complete on or shortly thereafter the date of June 12, 2023 ... lies!!
    He said the kitchen cabinets install would be completed by June 2... lie!
    He said the countertop would be measured and installed by June 12... lie!
    He said 2nd floor bathroom would be completed by June 2... lie!
    He fraudulently added two paragraphs to the paper we supposedly signed.
    We filed a police report... fraudulent!
    He was paid 3/4 of his total payment contracted for by myself .... which
    included payments to flooring, kitchen cabinets, and countertops
    (including installation)... where did that money go???? .... not to
    businesses nor documented!!!

    Needless to say we DO NOT RECOMMEND this contractor!!!

    This is just the tip of the frustrating experience!!

    Please do full check of this person before doing any business with him.

    new roof

    Very happy with them. Kyle was so nice & easy to talk to. They replaced our roof, & did an excellent job. The job was done in a timely manor...exactly as he said just 1 day. Everything was cleaned up as if they were never here. I was happy to hear that they do other jobs also. I wont hesitate calling them again for my maintenance needs. Mike & Kathie Cooke
