Home building started out great and progressed well. A few issues popped up as the finishing touches were being done. As of yet they have not been addressed to our liking and communication over all has been poor. We are waiting to see if remedy's to our liking are found, but, don't have the best feeling about it at the moment. Building a house is never easy, but, when the builder costs you money because of mistakes thye make something should be done, even if there is nothing contractually that says they have to.

Poor workmanship. They are hard to contact when we have issues. Our homes is 5 years old and we bought it brand new but we have had several issues that they have neglected to repair. They have sent out 3 different repair men to fix the same issues that keep happening. The builder refuses to talk to us. We are currently paying out of pocket to repair the issues. We have built 4 homes Kinsmen is the worst.
