The one thing we LOVE about Kinyon Custom Construction is that they lay out a plan and then tell us "OK your budget is X.... here are the areas where you can splurge and get the most out of your money and here are the areas that aren't really necessary"
Its great when a company has their best interest in your home and isn't there just to do the job. They work as if its THEIR home and THEIR budget.
