    $590,000

    When we first moved in we were thrilled! But they quickly changed and 2 ½ years into our new build home we are ready to move! Bedroom doors do not shut or are hard to shut (this is after they were supposedly adjusted at our one year walk through), the custom banquette we had put it is too high and they just told us tough luck, the hardwood floors are all cupped and they wouldn’t address it, our water system is cheap & damages our toilets & appliances, the thermostats were all installed on one side of the house so the heat/AC can’t be regulated properly (is costing us $500 to fix) HVAC wasn’t equipped with an overflow switch (another $198 out of our pockets) and the paint on the wall is so thin that scotch tape literally causes it to peel off. We have a giant crack in the wall in one of the bedrooms which Kirbor said is because we put items in our attic. We requested and paid for a black garage door. They installed a white one then painted it which caused it to chip. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. For the amount of money we spent on our “forever”home, we feel completely ripped off. I have spoken to other residents in our small communities who have had similar issues.
