Very, very unprofessional. I was quoted an amount on a cement job but when the job was finished the bill was over twice as much. I never received an official document from this business stating what total cost would be because THEY NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH A WRITTEN, DOCUMENTED, AND SIGNED CONTRACT. I want other people to be aware of this so that they are not a victim like myself. I will be looking into this matter further, and I will take every step necessary to expose this business and what they stand for--fraud.
