In 2020, my husband and I purchased an HVAC unit from Kirkpatrick Homes that included a 10-year labor warranty. In May 2021, we received an email that they were closing their HVAC department but that they would honor all labor warranties regardless of the department closure. On May 22, 2024, I notified Kirkpatrick Homes that our unit was not operating appropriately. Owner Samantha Kirkpatrick stated on the phone that they do not offer a 10-year warranty on labor & refused any service to our unit. I emailed all the warranty information to their office confirming the 10 year labor warranty following that conversation. To date, they have refused to return my phone calls or emails to resolve this issue. We were without AC for one week and had to contact Hiller Plumbing and Cooling to come fix our unit which costed us $1,705.15 even though we had already paid extra to Kirkpatrick Homes for a 10 year parts and labor warranty. DO NOT do business with Kirkpatrick Homes as they do not stand behind their warranty or word. I would gladly delete this review when I receive payment for the costs we have incurred.
