BEWARE!!! They do not honor their word and only show up on days they are to collect money. Roland is full of empty promises and, quite frankly - lies. Our small project started over 9 months and it still sits incomplete. Turns out they say they can work in several states, but do not possess the licensing to do so.

The owners - Roland Kern and Tom Golden - don't return calls or emails and the project managers - Mike Cocco and Todd - are full of empty promises and have no problem lying to your face.
