Really disappointing. Slow at getting things done, not particularly good at design or even guidance about basic things like sinks and pull out trash cans) bad at coordinating with the countertop folks that they directed me to (they did the cabinet installation, which drove the timing for the countertops but when I raised this with the owner he said "we were not the general contractor"). They didn't deliver on a couple of things I was promised. When I wrote a previous mediocre review the owner contacted me, clearly to try to change it and when I wouldn't he got combative over email.
