Terrible. This guy gave us a quote, we made a deposit. Then he says we would need another 2k due to material costs going up. So, we asked around and were told that only lumber went up and our job was for a bathroom... no lumber involved. Obviously we wanted our deposit back as we had been told originally we could get it back if we went elsewhere since the job wouldn't start for a few weeks. This dude ghosted us, took our money and wont even return our calls now. Clearly he used the money for other things and cannot return our deposit. We are out 3k because of his poor professionalism and lack of organizational skills. Its been two weeks now and we cannot get a hold of him or anybody at his "office." DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FRAUDSTER!!!
