Kiwi construction completely remodeled a condo we bought at the end of last year.
The work included major changes including adding a bathroom, adding a basement laundry room, converting a study to a bedroom. All flooring was replaced with tile , carpet or hardwood
The kitchen was completely redesigned with new island , cabinets and appliances.
All bathrooms had new vanities and new or repainted cabinets
The master bedroom / bathroom had major changes including removal of a wall installation of a new soaking bath.
The whole condo was repainted to the highest standard
The quality of work across the board was outstanding
The Kiwi team were totally committed to providing a first class result
They are passionate about their work
Timing was good and despite a few changes we wanted total cost was close to budget
An outstanding project
They turned a dated run down worn out place into a beautiful luxurious comfortable home
