Had them deliver the dumpster a day earlier than my project started and worked like a charm

Ordered a 25 yard dumpster for a quoted price and instead received a 10 yard dumpster for the same price. Called to rectify and was threatened to dump the trash on the street.

Don't do business with this company. They will not honor their commitments or guarantees.

This company is terrible. I ordered a 40 yard bin and needed it for 2 weeks, but I was told I had to pay extra. I did and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday. I came home Tuesday to find it delivered but not where I needed it. I called and spoke to the women there and she said they were able to bring it earlier, I said fine and she told me it would be picked up in 2 weeks on Wednesday. I agreed and set up deliveries for the following Friday. I was out of town and arrived home Friday to find the bin still here and a note from my other delivery company stating they couldn't deliver the material due to the dumpster blocking the access, so I have to pay to reschedule. I called the company to find out why it wasn't picked up and they said I didn't call it off. Which is clearly not what was discussed in the previous call or what the contract says. They are not a company you want to do business with

We remodeled our kitchen and had a stack of materials from the demolition that needed to be taken away. We ordered a 3 yd dumpster on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered at 8am the next morning. We finished filling it on Saturday morning, and I called to see if they could come and it get it early because it was going to rain (we rented it for 7 days). Their front office called me right back and arranged for a pick up early that same afternoon. Great service!

My email to them: I had a dumpster delivered on Monday, October 19. I called Wednesday, October 21 to have it picked up on Thursday the 22nd. It did not get picked up on the 22nd. I called later that Thursday and was told it would be picked up Friday, October 23. I called on Friday the 23rd to confirm the pick up and was told it would be picked up that day. It was not picked up. I called on Saturday the 24th and I was told that no one could pick it up until Monday the 26th. It was not picked up on Monday the 26th. I called Tuesday the 27th and again I was told it would be picked up that day and again it was not picked up that day. I did not call on Wednesday the 28th and it was not picked up on Wednesday the 28th. I called on Thursday the 29th and Friday the 30th, both days I was told it would be picked up that day and both days it was not picked up that day. One of the times I called, someone answered and mumbled some things I didn't understand then they either hung up and turned off their phone or their phone died because when I called back it kept going straight to voicemail.

I have called MANY times on MANY different days and keep being told that the dumpster will be picked up. This is ridiculous and VERY frustrating! I do not understand why the dumpster has not been picked up. I do not understand why I have been lied to so many times. This is VERY unacceptable! I am VERY unhappy with your service.

I do large renovation projects. The last one was in Northridge so I ordered a total of 7 bins from these guys, in various sizes. While definitely mom and pop in terms of "the front office" and who picks up the phone, I enjoyed working with them. They always dropped the bins on time even when I pinched them for time, and they provided volume discount to me as the project progressed. Yes, there absolutely are overage charges so be clear on the weight limitations and do your best to meet them.

Arrangements were made three days in advance and paid by credit card. I must have asked at least a half a dozen times prior to committing that they would have the 40yd bin delivered to Northridge by 7am sharp! KJ American's services XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX!!! I had 5 laborers standing around for 2 hours with their hands in their pockets, being paid for doing nothing as there was no rolloff in sight. Each time I called to verify the status of the bin it was only 30 minutes out. They refused to credit me or offer a discount. I would never use these guys again, ever and I certainly wouldn't recommend them!!

This company is absolutely terrible! I ordered a 40 yard bin and filled it 2/3. Someone comes to pick it up and they say it' too heavy, which I find hard to believe considering it's only wood chips. The very next day they arrive with another 40 yard bin and ask me to split my trash and it'll cost an additional $350.00- I tried to call they office to speak to the owner because I could not believe what was going on, they all hide and say they don't know who the owner is. No they say they will not pick up my bin and it's an additional $40.00 per day. I said I was willing to go to the dump yard and pay any overage, they originally said it was ok, then call there driver and tell him to leave. They just want me to pay more per day and they refuse to pick up the bin. The professionalism is absolutely terrible, the supervisors yell and scream, it's ridiculous when a customer asks a supervisor to please calm down and speak with respect. Any one with common sense or manners, con't call this company, you will be ripped off and disparaged.

This company is very unprofessional, unethical and down right criminal. I've only given them one star as negative stars are not available. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. These guys broke onto my property and deposited a 30 yard dumpster in my front yard and said they would not move it until it was paid for; My subcontractor originally paid for the service with monies I gave him and then double crossed the company. These guys are worse then terrible.
