STAY AWAY! I hired KJH Construction (Kevin and Tim) to replace my roof and replace/repair rotten and damaged wood under the roof. They messed up my roof, then charged me to fix their own mistakes. They claim they couldn't see the rotten wood and yet somehow nailed new joists and plywood right into the rotten wood. The only reason this was discovered is because their quality is so poor, the roof started leaking a couple days after they finished, which ended up ruining the ceiling under the roof and it had to be removed, revealing their poor workmanship. They refused to pay for any of the damage they caused and to do the right thing and take responsibility for their own mistakes.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and they're now lying to the BBB about the situation and stopped communicating with the BBB altogether. Kevin actually told me to sue him instead of just taking responsbility and owning up to their own mistakes. Do not make the same mistake I did, stay far away from Kevin and Tim Holmes.
