    Kelly and her crew provided a top notch re-design and re-build experience for us. She was onsite everyday and aware of all the details large and small. The design and building expertise she brought to our project was exceptional. Our project was done on time and on budget. She was open to changes in the design and receptive to our ideas. I would recommend KLA Development for remodel projects both large and small. Her extensive network of capable, friendly and professional subcontractors provides her with the capability to complete projects fast and effectively.

    Happy with our new home!

    Kelly is fantastic. She and her team were very easy to work with and it was amazing to see our design come to life! We had a large project – 3000+ sq. feet, totally new home – and KLA was very attentive to all of our little details. I think the thing I liked most about the experience with KLA is that I never worried about the job getting done correctly. If something wasn’t quite up to snuff, Kelly would come through and make sure it was redone properly. While there were little things here and there that kept me from saying 5 out of 5 stars, we definitely recommend KLA and we honestly could not be more pleased with the final result – our home is beautiful!

    Kelly is a good designer but some of the sub-contractors she hired did not do professional work and she did not supervise well. Many things had to be pointed out and re-done. Some of their less-than-desirable work I'm still living with 3 yr later.
