I want to start out by saying that we have American Home Shield warranty, and we'll they aren't great, and in the past, they have referred us to horrible people. KLIMATE KING HEATING & AIR, contacted us 15 minutes, after I pushed send on the Authorization and 5 minutes after they had closed!! Joseph Warren not only called, provided comfort, and said, "I will be there tomorrow, don't worry!" He answered the questions I had at the time and shared that he lives local and would get the job done!! I rarely leave reviews, but he showed up, fixed our AC on a 97 degree day, petted our dogs that wouldn't leave him alone and, right now I am sitting in the nice cool house, thanks to Joseph and KLIMATE KING HEATING & AIR!!! STAY LOCAL, BUY LOCAL, AND SUPPORT LOCAL!!!!
