He is a very smooth talker does sub par work. He is never wrong and if you build with him make sure you get everything in writing. He has his painter do sub par work, no priming i have streaks in my ceiling from his contractor. Has no attention to detail. You can never get a hold of him. He doesn't work very fast and don't expect to move in on time and make sure you have lots of extra money because he doesn't put everything in the contract. I would never recommend him to anyone.
