Permits

KLM Mechanical installed two ductless units at my home last summer 2021. The process leading up to the down payment was quick and efficient. Kevin followed up on messages and explained the system very well. That’s where things changed. Once the down payment was made, he sent his team of two guys over to do the work. One was unprofessional talking about issues with his wife and smoking constantly leaving cigarette butts all over where they were working. Once they finished Kevin called asking for payment before I could get home to test the system. Fortunately, I waited and upon testing one system didn’t work. Kevin quickly fixed the issue, which is good. It was on a cold day that following autumn about eight weeks later that we noticed one unit was rattling and shaking. We asked Kevin to stop by and evaluate. He sent the aforementioned unprofessional worker who inspected the unit and laughed at us and said its fine. It was not fine. They installed the unit on broken supports so the unit shakes when in use. It’s a quick fix, but Kevin refused to fix it. I would avoid hiring KLM Mechanical if they can’t complete such a simple task.
