Kloha Contracting has zero regard for the community in which he decides to build shoddy rentals. Greed is a terrible thing. He built a "home" in 2 months that looks like an oversized garage. The poor fools that hired him for that. It will probably fall down around their heads. And they are allowed to continue doing this type of damage!
