We hired Kalvin Weathersby to do a home remodel/large addition to our home. After a year since signing the initial contract and paying the first draw of the project, close to $30k, we have been left with an unfinished house and less than $5k worth of work done. The project went unworked for months and weeks at a time. Kalvin said his project manager stole the money we paid to him to begin our project. He has yet to refund us any money for the work we signed a contract with him for. We have lost all the money we paid which was a 1/4 of our projects budget. We are currently homeless. Kalvin completely screwed us over after stringing us along for over a year. We have filed complaints against his license # at the DPBR.
