  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. This company did work on my house through the city of Cleveland Aging Department. This contractor started working on my house in the middle of winter in 2020 an soon as spring set in my porches went to bucking an falling in I made several call to the city they said I had to call the contractors myself to get it fixed. I made several calls to the owner Mr. Kelley an fir almost the past year he still haven’t been out to my house to fix nothing. This company has caused me to be in an out the hospital so much that it’s has affected my healthy as well as my mental health an I’m am a 70 plus years old an sick you would think he would have come out an fixed what’s wrong but all they do is get the big bucks from the city an say hell with the elderly people homes they have made worse than what they was in before they even started. So again NO WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.

  This a very competent and highly skilled contractor. They rehabbed our project in a very timely manner and all materials used was exactly what was quoted. My family would use this contractor on our next project.

  This contractor also works for the Dept. of Aging fixing homes for the elderly. This contractor has no experience in this line of work and his sub contractors ( Bo's Remodeling) are inexperienced in their field of work. Every job done was botched or incomplete. They used granule roofing on porch floor which can cause facial & body disfiguring if a child falls on it & child can fall through railing. They sawed trough ceiling and did not repair it, removed insulation & did not replace it, siding was replaced by nailing through the center of the panel & caulked to try to hide it, chimney leaks repaired 7 times & still leaks, flashing is jerry-rigged, vent holes were ripped open and not cut with a saw, frt. porch redone 3 times & still not done right( left flashing on top of flooring instead of under it, cracked 2 sidewalk slabs, garbage bin left deep holes in lawn, dented mail box, dented porch alum. railing, dented downspout, cut electrical wiring to outdoor floodlight. non of his subcontractors finished their jobs properly. There were items in the contract that were never addressed. The rating I gave him was a 2 but that was even too high !! When I complained he threatened me by saying "you better not libel my name". When anyone gets hurt on the porches I will give them Mr. Kelly Micklers name so they can sue him for his incompetent work
