I have hired many contractors in the past few years and Kmas is the only contractor I would hire in the future. Contract was very specific. They listened to what I needed and wanted. They saved me money when they could. Kept me informed through the entire process. They did a few other minor things for me at no extra charge. Most importantly cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete
