KN Remodeling did a fantastic job on a complete remodel of our kitchen-from planning to completion, the job was seamless, on time and budget, and we are delighted with the results. Nathan had very helpful suggestions and an aesthetic eye for detail. His crew was professional, reliable, meticulous in their work, and a pleasure to have around. The entire team was courteous and very respectful of our living area and left our space tidy at the end of each work day. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to family and friends. We feel lucky to have found them.

It was a great experience working with Nathan remodeling our kitchen. It was a big project yet, he finished the project early and within the budget. He was always responsive and available. He was so great that we hired him again for another job!

We just finished a four bedroom/ three bathroom full remodel in Santa Monica. We are very happy with the end result. Nathan, who is the owner, was very involved in all phases of the job. Nathan got the job done on time. The workmanship and attention to detail was great. He had good communication and relationship with his team. Whenever we had a concern or question, Nathan was easy to get a hold of and handled it quickly. We were worried about the process of a remodel with all the stories you hear about bad experiences. But Nathan made this so easy on us and we would definitely use him for any future projects.

I hired KN Remodeling to undertake a garage conversion, renovating it into a comfortable studio-style guesthouse. Working with Nathan and his team couldn't have been any more seamless or convenient. The communication was regular, precise and specific. The details were all agreed to at the outset, and no unpleasant mid-construction overruns or extra expenses arose. The team's work was high quality, and the result was more than what we could have hoped for. I would highly encourage anyone considering renovation work to speak with Nathan, he is an honest guy and a pleasure to work with.

We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone.

We are very happy with the results from Nathan and his crew. The work was done right on time, as expected, excellent quality. Nathan was very communicative through the process and kept things moving. We are thrilled with the results - better than expected. So often you hear nightmare stories about wasted time, shoddy work product... We had nothing but positive experiences. The workers always cleaned up after the day's work and were very efficient and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this company, and we hope to be able to use them again for another project.

I finally was able to do a Kitchen and Bathroom remodel on a condo unit that still had the original 1970s bathroom and kitchen. Nathan and his team came and did the job stupendously and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Nathan is very approachable and hands on. He sticks to the schedule and will trouble shoot anything that come his way and this is especially good for an old building which has its unique problems and challenges. The cabinets were gorgeous, the tile work was excellent and the team installed all the bathroom fixtures and kitchen appliances correctly. KN Remodeling did a great job.

Nathan and his crew did a wonderful bathroom on my house and all the job was excellent the service I got from Kn remodeling it was very good they clean every day the guys was very polite and organize they came here every day on time and I'm very happy with the final product

We worked with Nathan to remodel our first house this year. As first time renovators and first time home owners, it was a daunting task. Nathan made us feel very well taken care of- he has a strong attention to detail, and we felt we knew what we were getting throughout the project. We settled on a price up front for all of the labor, with the promise that even if things came up during the project, Nathan would take care of the complications without changing the price. He kept that guarantee. We ended up expanding our job to include other work, but all of the initial work was done at the promised price with no surprises.
We are now living in our renovated house, and we love it. We have new floors, new kitchen, new bathroom, new central air conditioning, new lighting, new paint, and a beautiful new living room after we removed a wall downstairs! I couldn't imagine organizing such a huge project myself, and we're deeply grateful to have hade someone as reliable as Nathan taking care of everything!
