I called the office to get the price of replacing the battery for my alarm system. They told me it would be about $48.00 I got the bill MONTHS LATER, no follow up bill, and then my account was sent to collection. The office manager and I had spoken, I explained the situation, and she said she would "get back to me". She never did. They never TRIED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. The service man sat in his van for 25 minutes in my driveway before he ever came in my house and he sat out there when he was finished for another 25 minutes. I am being forced to pay for time I didn't get, and this company NEVER SENT A SECOND BILL, never tried to resolve this....they SENT MY BILL TO COLLECTION. Unprofessional, bad business practices....go elsewhere.
