I think Knowater Roofing, really understands the importance of how a roof should be done, coming from the North East part of the country, roofing there has a much higher level of standands that carry over here in the South, hands down the best..

Fast reliable crews and work done was exceptional. I would highly recommend Knowater Roofing for your roofing needs. Their work was quick and exceptional. Now on the other hand, please be careful of what is "covered" in as far as the certificate of completion is concerned. We received our Certificate of completion and there is one major discrepancy that I brought to Luke's attention. Just for the record, Luke, I do not appreciate the "F" Bomb being dropped on me during a phone conversation. I can see why our insurance agent became irritated. He became irritated the same way as i was during our conversation. The work on the roof and fence repair were great couldn't ask for better. The book keeping aspect of it though, has a bit left be desired.It does not matter if you have been in business for 5 years or 100 years the only way to keep good customers and hope for a favorable review is to NOT cuss them out over the phone. My wife was under the back patio and she heard you on the phone from over 50 feet away. Just saying. I will gladly entertain a face to face explanation of the bill when I hand you the final insurance check. Great roofing company by far
