We work with several different investing companies to flip residential houses in 30 days depending on full scope of work. We are now looking for new investors and new clients to join our team. This will be our first time advertising for our company. Word of mouth has kept us busy and our reputation of quality keeps our clients coming back.

    Hi we are Steve and Stephanie Pikmin. We just had KO construction finish our home remodel this year and we are actually looking to get in contact with him again but have had a hard time tracking them down. There number has changed and we do not have a new contact number to reach out to them. We haven't even tried to send emails and had no response period KO Construction has done amazing jobs at hitting our vision of a new kitchen in living room layout and Design. We are surprised to hear about what had happened to the clients that left the first review if that is true we couldn't imagine the turmoil you must be going through. It is hard for us to see the owner Joe Hernandez letting something like that happen. He is honestly one of the hardest working people we have ever met and is very determined to make things happen even when the job is against him and everything seems to be impossible to complete he manages to find a way to make it work with what we have :-) all in all I could say that KO construction could use some more skilled help for employees, but Joe Hernandez has done nothing but exceptional work for us and our family we would most definitely refer him to our friends and family. Joe and he is a man of his word as far as we can. We will try to post pictures on here to show you he also saved us a ton of money with material cost. 5 stars for KO Construction

    We have waited to write this review hoping that Joe Hernandez owner of KO Construction would have done right by us by giving us back $20,000 dollars of the $26,000 that he has taken from us.
    We paid $13,000 to "save the date" of May 9th. I asked Joe several times to come to the house prior to that start date so we could go over last minute items. Joe texted me the day of our start date and asked when I would be home. I told him after 6:00pm. My husband texted me at work about 4:45 and said to give him a call, that Joe had just left. My husband had paid him another $13,000. Our entire downstairs including the kitchen and bath, living room and formal dining, and family room was demoed the week of May 9th. It is now August 14th and we are still sleeping in our upstairs and living in our garage. We have now gotten our new windows in, our gasline moved, our back door in. My husband and I have saved by giving up vacations and a lot of other things just to be able to do this remodel with cash. But now with Mr. Hernandez (Knock Out Construction) has taken our money and we have no choice but to go and get a loan to complete our project. Mr. Hernandez has lied to us on so many levels. I explained to him the last time he texted me hat he had until we ran out of the remainder or our cash and were forced to get a loan and then he would hear from our attorney. That is what we will be doing this week.
    If we could have given him zero stars we would have.
    If you are looking for a contractor DO NOT CONTACT KO CONSTRUCTION IN ORTING WA.
    We hope this review will save anyone else from experiencing the same tragedy we have.
