Kevin agreed & signed a contract to retile shower & tub for $4500. I paid $2900 & had to give his worker gas money. Kevin didn’t complete the job and 2 weeks later I’m still w/out a bathroom. His worker quit because he didn’t pay him. Kevin put in 6hrs in week & I have no shower walls. His dad came in & said he did it all wrong. Kevin refused to give my money back or complete the job. His father confirmed he don’t know what he’s doing & asked him not to take a job this big & he keeps taking jobs & unable to complete. Worst contractor ever. He installed the Durock before the shower membrane & all have to be removed.

It was a horrible and very costly mistake to give him a down payment of $1500 .. he did nothing to my property. He was supposed to build a deck in front of my house !! He never did anything to my house !! I asked him for my money back ? He left $750 in my mail box !! Couldn’t even face me ???. He never did one thing !! He told me he would get me a material list ?? who has a costumer pick up material ??.I recommend a

Had kevin do a roof plus some siding. Many issues with each including leaking roof when done plus him damaging skylight. He did not install new sjylight flshing kit per contract and flashing installed at house was bent out of shape and holding shingles up. kevinnused old bent flashing at skylight and tarred around it. This made thiss area lift in just a day and when he returned 2 weeks later he nailed through the flashing which is not to be done and tarred more which left a larger leak. Siding not cut nor installed proper either and had paid him for both in full thinking they were each done correct. After several more attempts of trying to fix leaking roof he covred it with a tarp and did not offer full refund. I had inspector come in to inspect and they said the work wrong and said he ruined my skylight. He would not give me his address or insurance comapny name. I hired another contractor to come in and redo the whole roof so i know it is right. Do not hire this person or you will be left with only legal recourse against him. I fully intend on pushing this matter from attorney general ob his contractor license to a lawsuit against him to recover the money owed and to get his insurance to do a further inspection for mildew and to fix my ceiling. Kevin has no integrity nor cares about his work or his customer.
