Don't hire this guy! I wish someone had wardwd me about him. The floor has rippling in it from his sander, there is a brown ring on the floor from the sander, he did damage to the kitchen in multiple places and he MiISSED a spot with the stain leaving it lighter than the rest of the floor. He left a mess in the back yard with the carpet he removed, stain rollers, paint brushes, stain cans all thrown in the back yard, which he said he would remove at the end of the job free of charge. He is very unprofessional!

Do not hire this guy! Very unprofessional job. There is rippling in the flood from the sander. He did damage to the kitchen cabinets in multiple areas. He left the stain can on the floor, leaving a brown ring on the floor from the stain, and completely missed. Spot in a other area with the stain. Then when he left, he left all the construction debris (carpet, stain cans, paint brushes, etc., which he told me he removes at the end of the job). I wish someone had warned me about him.

If I could give this guy a zero, I would. I had my floors done 2 months ago, which cost $1600 for two average size rooms. After 2 months, I am seeing a wear pattern in root of the counter/kitchen sink! This makes me sick! His work is sub-standard!
