We started 15 years ago in the home remodeling business as installers, working with many of the largest companies in the greater Northwest. For us , quality work has always been of utmost importance, so when we felt that there were limitations being put on us regarding the amount of quality that we could provide we decided it was time to expand our business. This way we could provide a superior home improvement experience not only on the installation side but also on the customer service side. With the combination of these two ingredients we knew we could provide homeowners with the quality and peace of mind they deserve. Having installers as owners means that quality installation is our top priority.

They did work for us in 2016, replacing 8 windows and adding a kitchen garden window. Work was quick, clean, and professional. Everyone was friendly and prices were quite reasonable. Nicely done!

Koala T Exteriers replaced our roof. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They used top rated quality materials, as well as experienced and professional installers. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. The job was done in 2 days and our roof looks awesome. We highly recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish of the job they were professional and efficient. Replacing three windows was to small of a job for other so called contractors but not for Koala T Exteriors. They did a great job at a reasonable price and I highly recommend them.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Koala T Exteriors LLC has worked on 20 permitted projects.
We had windows replaced January of 2018. Some are okay,the other half are
awful. The windows were apparently measured incorrectly, and then jammed into the openings,so that they bowed at the top. The trim is slipping off the track . A Rep came out, and told us they weren't doing windows anymore. He also said the beams were sagging, and that is why the windows are bowed. Our beams haven't moved in 40 years. Our windows are embarrassing!
