Poor experience doing flat roofs, decking is pulling away exposing the plywood to the elements,lack of drip edge and flashing,was supposed to be a complete tear off and all he did was roof over old flat roof.double sided membrane is pulling away exposing decking to the elements. I would not recommend for flat roof jobs.

Roof started leaking within 30 days. Casey could not fix because he was in Poland. I had several contractors look at the roof including the manufacturer and all said the quality was very poor. I now have shingle blowing off. Casey won't even come out a review; he said it the manufacturer's problem. This guy is a loser, don't use him. He does warranty his work.
