The company has changed ownership, now owned by James Efird. The job that he did for us was a complete disaster! He took bank draws and did not pay multiple contractors therefore causing multiple liens at closing. He not only did not pay his contractors but did not pay his employees. Workers he hired were often inadequate, causing us to have to tear tile floors out ($2,000.), patch drywall($300.) and repair roofing and ceiling due to leaks( have not completed so don't know final cost). He never completed outdoor patio doors($1.500.) fireplace setup ($2,500.), garage door repairs (costing over $7,000./ door cost and repair), Stone work ($12,000.) nor landscaping ($3,000). We have had atleast 9 contractors contact us after closing due to him taking the bank draws and never paying them. He tells them he never received payment from us but we have the copies of all bank draws and cancelled checks where we had to cover the liens that were placed on our home just to close. He asked for more money 1/2 way through job stating we were over budget, and we gave it to him because we trusted him. This was all before we were aware he was not using all our money on our home. We have asked for receipts showing where our money was used but he has yet to produce any receipts. He says he does not lie but there is a list of people that will say differently. He uses his Christianity to say he is a good, trustworthy person but Christians do not treat others in this manner! Beware!
