A very crooked company. They were subcontracted to excavate my yard for a patio. Upon doing so, severely damaged my lawn and sprinkler system due to not taking proper precautions with their bobcat. The contractor very kindly spent 12 hours of his time and materials fixing it. Nick Koecheler refused to compensate the contractor for fixing his mistake and the two of them battled for a year about their bill. Almost a year later, Nick (owners son) came to my home and threatened action if he was not paid. Keep in mind, I paid the contractor in full! Now, almost a full year after ruining my yard, this company sends me a threatening letter in the mail stating they are going to put a lien on our home if they don't get paid. They did this knowing a lien could not be filed since 120 days had passed since completing of their work or lack there of. They did it purely to threaten myself and the contractor. Extremely unethical company and the son, Nick, is a disgrace to customer relations and everybody should stay away from this company

Our experience was great! They went above and beyond our expectations. We know the guy that wrote a bad review and this is what he does. It's too bad that koecheler and associates didn't know Chad's history before they did work for him. Koecheler and associates do work with an old fashion hand shake and unfortunately this guy wanted to take advantage of them. Don't hire people if you don't have money to pay them! Simple as that! I would recommend them to anyone and more importantly they work on word of mouth not advertising.
