    Quality Matters

    Koep Homes has built 2 homes for us. The quality of their work and attention to detail is impeccable. We wanted our homes to be unique and special. Koep Homes had great ideas on how to accomplish those ideas and keep them unique to our home. I will definitely build with them again!

    Addition and reconfiguration of existing

    Exceptional Contractor - Exceptional Work

    We had an addition constructed by Koep Homes which essentially doubled our square footage. We added an entrance, re-design of existing kitchen footprint, laundry room on the first floor, a garage, new basement footprint/configuration, additional basement room, a bonus room and full bath above the garage, a screened porch and additional deck.

    We had the pleasure of having Koep Homes build the addition to our home. “Attention to Detail” is what comes to mind. Koep Homes ensured that we were pleased with the work being performed and when something didn’t “feel” right either by Koep Homes or by us, the issue(s) was discussed, mutual agreement for resolution was reached; and, the project moved forward.

    “Quality” is another benefit of having Koep Homes perform the work. The workmanship is excellent. There are many builders but there are few builders who truly care about what is unseen or behind the sheetrock/drywall or under the finished floors. Koep Homes provides the expertise to ensure the construction is done properly and that the finished product is as the homeowner contemplated. Finish work is impeccable!

    We mutually recommend and endorse Koep Homes for any project. We’d have Koep Homes return for any future additional work and we have provided friends with our endorsement of Koep Homes.
