Let me start by saying I thought LT was a good guy, but unfortunately LT led me to believe he knew about installing artificial turf, but this is not the case. He knew this was for a dog yard and left it completely unsafe. A lot of nails sticking up, an over abundance of top fill not swept in, bad cuts covered with loose turf that dog could easily choke on, bad cuts stuffed under turf to hide them. Few days after he was done, I had two companies come to give quotes to redo and both said the wrong underlayment was used and would have never held up and it was only few inches deep. Drain he installed was not secure and could move with your foot. He knows he did a bad job and after bids to fix, he offered to refund me $750. That's less than half what it cost me to make it right and safe. He never paid and is not responding. So I have a very expensive 4' x 6' concrete pad. If he had held up to his word on the refund, I would have had faith in him being a good guy. Wish I could attach images to this review to show how bad it was.
