    Patio slab and sidewalk
    $2,400

    OMG this is hands down the best company!!! Patrick is awesome as is all his employees!!! They have done not 1 but 2 job's for us and we are having them to do a 3rd. They do a fabulous job!! They are ALL professional and do the job's exceedingly beyond expectations, and leave no trace (except for exceptional completion of work) that they were even here!!
    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    The absolute worst experience in dealing with a contractor. We had a small job to pour two pads for a trash can. Communication in scheduling was horrible. They finally said that they would show up at a specific time. After waiting around, I called and was told they would call back. 20 minutes later, I called again and it went to voice mail. The owner called me and said that he was doing me a favor and it would be at least another hour. After the cursing at me, I told him to cancel the job. I am thankful that we did not have any money into this job, just a bunch of wasted effort that could have been alleviated with basic communication. Completely unprofessional.

    Driveway/patio replacement

    I wish I looked at this site before I hired these guys to do my driveway/patio replacement. I signed on in mid July but the job wasn't started till 2nd week of September due to insurance issues. That should have been a clue. I wanted a stamped concrete look and was shown pictures on his phone which showed a shiny textured driveway etc. I had a level driveway and patio with a 4 inch step up to my door entrance and 1 inch up to garage from the driveway. I ended up with a raised patio 1 inch from my doorway and no barrier to my garage, which during heavy rain I had 2 feet of water in my garage. My patio and top of driveway have holes from where he, apparently, stomped on the wet cement. When I asked him about it, (twice) he said that's the way it's supposed to be. Afterwards, after rain, I have standing puddles that last into the following day. When I finally got him on the phone, he said" I knew you were going to be trouble". He told me to get rubber mats to put over the holes. I can't get a chair to sit level on the patio, so now I can't use it. He said he will come down to look at all this and never showed up. I went back to put a review on Home Advisor to put in a review and he wasn't listed??? I don't know how he got my number etc. I'm out my money and looking at probably having to replace everything.

    Shocked, to say the least. We had full faith in this company to recreate our driveway, entrance way and back pool deck/patio. The addition of our circle drive area was not graded properly and sits about 6 inches higher than the original driveway so a bit of rain and our garage floods about 4 feet. The form on our front step has been left in for over a month ( which is something that is not to code ). Our entrance way planters were not poured to drawings, which had drainage functionality when proposed, so now those fill up with water and have over flowed nearly getting water in our front door. The entire curb appeal of out home is now ruined due to the lopsided driveway and front step ( with form still showing ). Patrick has admitted that things were not done properly, yet he refuses to fix his work because it will cost him too much money to make it right. We trusted him, got him 2 other jobs that thankfully were done decently. On to the back deck- the concrete was splattered ALLLLL over our freshly painted white home. There are hand smears all over. They did not bother to clean ANYTHING. Not to mention he came out before it had fully dried, walked all over it and now there are boot prints and bare foot prints of the man he brought with him. So we not have to find a way to fix that as well. Nothing is level. He said he would correctly pitch our drains, he did not. Therefore the back also collects water. All in all, It is just incredibly poor work. He refuses to fix and correct the job. We have been incredibly flexible and willing to work with him, but he doesn't seem to care one bit. The permit has been pulled back and reopened, as the inspector stated it is an unfinished job and EXTREMELY poor workmanship. We were also just informed that he has not paid his subcontractors, when we know that he has been paid a very pretty penny for the work and can easily afford to pay them. Moral of this is, be careful who you trust. They may do a good job for some, but apparently they will leave you high and dry if there's a problem. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
