Kool Solutions Air Conditioning

Kool Solutions has a new owner Juan and Mari and he and his wife are AMAZING. They went above and beyond and give the client the best quality. I will refer them to everyone and am glad to be working with them moving forward with my new AC unit.

I just had Kool Solutions to install an Amana 4 ton 14 SEER with Air Handler in my home. Joel and his crew did a fantastic job. The air handler was in a very small place in the roof area, and was difficult to install. They were very careful not to mess up the house, and kept their area clean from trash from the install. They also installed the Amana compressor with a new pad, and prepared for the inspector to arrive and inspect. This is the fifth AC unit that Joel and his crew has installed for me. This one was for my primary residence. I have never had any issues with Kool Solutions with all the work they have performed for me so far. Joel went as far as right in the middle of the air handler install, he felt that it was not the right equipment, and removed it and bought another air handler to replace it. I knew nothing about this until later, it was just a decision made by Joel, because he wanted to insure that I had a good AC system installed. Thank you Joel for your professionalism, and I will certainly recommend you to my friends, as I always have. Keep up the good work!

In Aug 2010, Kool Solutions AC, Inc. installed a "brand new 4.0 Ton 15 Seers Heat Pump Amana Air Conditioning system with refrigerant R-410 and a digital heat pump T-stat" for me. It stopped working in Aug 2011, right before the 1-year labor warranty expired. The guy changed the whole outdoor unit but it failed again 6 months later. After several phone calls and 1-2 times visits (he said "I did not bring the right tools, I will come back", then never showed up again), this guy disappeared completely! He did not pick up the phone, did not return my messages and he missed 2 appointments to my home! Finally we spent more than $2,000 to let another credential AC company to fix the coil leaking problem in the inside unit. Right now (Aug 2014) the compressor failed again! The facts we found out is so astonished! Kool Solutions initially installed a 4-ton outdoor unit and a 3.5-ton inside unit but not the 4-ton they promised me! This design will lock up the compressor and damage the compressor eventually. For the past four years, the "new" AC units failed 4 times and now I have to change a whole new system. My warning to everybody: DO NOT trust this company. They are dishonest and do not know what they are doing!

Major disappointment. Hired them to replace an AC unit in a rental property, then service it. After the servicing, a fixture on the end of a pcv pipe INSIDE the unit began to slowly leak. Turns out it was installed improperly. Tried to get them to come out and make it right, but guess who isn't answering their phones any more when I call............I then tried to visit them at their address, but guess who works out of their house and lives in a gated community....... Steer Clear!.....

I hired Kool Solutions AC, Inc. for a recent install of a new heatpump and ductwork. I am very pleased with the results; working with Joel and his company was a pleasure; they delivered more than they promised. The install was convenient and the work was high quality. My favorite part of the process was feeling comfortable in asking technical questions and getting the answers without jargon or over complicated explanations. This is especially important to me since my research led me to ask questions most likely more detailed than many others would. Five years earlier we hired another local company to essentially do the same thing on a smaller home, and while the work was good and the system was at the high end of the Trane line, my personal opinion is that the price was also at the very high end of the continuum, coming in more than $5k higher than my more recent purchase. In both these cases, I was happy with the work; however, Kool Solutions offered much better value.There was no pressure, rush, or push to add expensive features that most likely would add little value to me. The work was done within the monetary and time constraints, and I was offered a discount for full payment in cash.

I expect to continue my business relationship with Kool Solutions in the future, being convinced that the work and value will be most satisfactory.
