This company installed the heating cooling system in my home about a year ago. We decided to switch out our old thermostat with a new smart thermostat. Upon following the easy to install instructions, everything was working well except we discovered that the "cooling" portion was actually blowing hot air instead of cool. I reached out to this company to assist me thinking I perhaps installed it incorrectly. The tech came out and didn't know anything about modern thermostats. He pretty much just told me the thermostat was incompatible with the unit and charged me the fee for coming out and left. I was super disappointed to find out that the thermostat actually was compatible with the unit and it was a matter of programming it correctly (heat pump instead of conventional). Again, the install was great... service calls, not so much! Very incomplete.
