“I had and am still having a Horrible experience with 4K and Zavala. I had a solar system installed six months ago and it is not working correctly. I have called them about the problem about 30 times and all I get is a voicemail and no return call. I am paying for the solar panels that's not working correctly plus paying an electric bill close to $200 a month. This is one of the worst companies to have solar panels installed so I advise everyone to steer clear of this company.” ? THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME…! This gentleman is telling you the absolute truth. ?

We were told we would never pay for electric and the Solar would pay for itself. We were told the amount of electricity for my home that the panels were equipped to handle our electric.good leap has no solution and our panels barely worked at all.Hell no we have paid almost $500 for electric in summer and this company is a big scam! They need to remove the panels and refund our money!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! MY SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED END OF NOVEMBER 2022 AND IT HAS YET TO WORK PROPERLY!!! IT TOOK AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO GET A RESPONSE. IT WAS BLAMED ON ONCOR, THEN ON A BAD ENPHASE PANEL. THAT DID GET REPLACED. MY PANELS SHOW TO BE WORKING ON THE APP. BUT THE ONCOR METER WAS NOT PROPERLY CONNECTED, THEREFORE, IT HAS YET TO SHOW MY ELECTRIC COMPANY I AM PUTTING BACK TO THE GRID AND I AM STILL GETTING $400-$500 ELECTRIC BILLS!!!! THEY ARE A JOKE!!!! I CANT EVEN GET HELP FROM THE COMPANY I PURCHASED THE PANELS FROM!!! I WILL BE SUING!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! IVE LEFT VM'S, TEXT MESSAGES, EMAILS AND SEVERAL PHONE CALLS!!!
