Kore Plumbing installed a defective sewer line, without a permit, twice. Had to pay another company (Chambliss Plumbing) over $10,000 to fix these sewer defects and Kore's other code violations--all of which, by the way, the Alamo Heights city inspector overlooked--like the use of AC condensate lines for water heater drains, lack of shutoff valves, loose supply lines, and other installations in non-compliance with installation guidelines. These guys, Frank and Yul, not only lied to us but lied to the city (ironically), telling the city that we--the owners--told Kore to disregard city code and let them take the easy and cheap route (linking our sewer line to the line next door) rather than to do it correctly--which our attorney told us we really should give them a chance to redo--after they failed to determine the height of the sewer in the street before laying pipes in concrete. Bad advise it turns out. Some of the most unprofessional interactions with a company we've ever had.
