Will update with specific once we have gone to court to settle our concerns. Absolutely do your research as there is more to Kosov than just poor workmanship and never showing up. Don’t give him money upfront if you want him to do a job.

Terrible ! We hired him to repair our porch he wrote up a contract gave us a recipet for the 1/2 we paid him. He didn't show up the next morning like he said he would. He would not answer our calls nor text. When he finally did he had been loading lumber at Menards for 3 Hrs!!

Work wasn’t bad, he is great at cashing the check! No help at all in providing what I need to get reimbursed by my Insurance Co. Contacted him many times, no answer, no response! Can’t recommend him at all. Too bad!

We hired him to do a basic drywall repair. They just smeared drywall mud to fill the hole instead of replacing the drywall panel. They left a large hole saying it couldnt be patched. When we asked that they come redo the work they said they would come back the next day, cashed our check and then blocked us from calling them or reaching out of facebook messenger. My husband ended up fixing the work himself and was able to easily patch the hole they said couldn't be fixed.
