Would not recommend. Walked off the job without completing the work. Disappears for weeks at a time with zero communication. Quit the job, after being paid the majority of the contract, and told me to find someone else to complete the work. He attempted to install a sub-standard A/C unit that was less than his bid, and less than spec'd in the contract, and when called on it, just walked away from the job leaving me in the lurch, and without a working HVAC system. Beware of Kozy. I've read other reviews where he has done this, or similar, to others.

My AC compressor quit late last week. I contacted KOZY. They were here the next day. After 30 years of service, the system needed replacement. The cool air is flowing today, less than a week from the problem! The cost of replacing the compressor and furnace was significantly less than I had expected. 30% less than what a good friend paid a month ago for a comparable system.
They cleaned the area before installing the new unit. The hallway and utility closer were clean and they hauled away the old equipment.
