I have filed a complaint against this company with the BBB AND DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me 7 times because I was upset that I was charged a service call fee because I didn't go with their company. The representative that came to my house for my "free estimate" was rude and didn't even come prepared to do the job. They claim I never called them back but I did I didn't feel the price was worth it. Now 5 months later I get a 90 dollar bill. The office manager was rude at a customer that was confused by the bill months later and she told me to go ahead and complain to the bbb and that they would send me to collections.
