I am a custormer of Scribner Lawn Service. I am very unhappy with them at the moment. I know it's been raining a lot, and that they have a schedule to maintain. When they cut the lawn after a heavy rain, at 8-9am, they leave a mess behind. The wheels of the mower tear up the lawn on every circular turn due to the wet conditions, and the soggy cut grass that collects leaves lots of dead heavy wet "turds" all over the lawn. They don't come back and rake this mess up -- so the lawn suffers and looks terrible after they leave. My lawn was pristine before they started the cut, it look rutted from all the wheel turns and I had to rake up all the dead 'turds' so the lawn wouldn't smother. There's no phone number on the invoice with this company for me to call and complain. This company does a good job when the sun is shinning and the ground is dry.
