Our project was a new basement from rough... we chose Matt at KR Electric for the job.. from the start he was dependable & did quality work... however our mistake... paid him in full on his word to come back for inspection final & to finish installing fixtures that he did not have time to finish that day.... Result... never showed on inspection day & never came to finish the job... after a few conversations & many unanswered messages.. we went ahead & hired another electrician to finish the job that we had already paid for just to finish our project..
called him a few months ago & now again for a few warranty issues.. & unfortunately for us... it's our problem... customer service was very lacking, almost to the point of non existent.
