    addition to domestic structure

    We hired this contractor to build an approximately 1100 sq ft building attached to our home by a breezeway. Regularly the contractor did not follow the contract and the plans. When we had a complaint, on one occasion he actually told us that he didn't even read all of the plans. Many of the most fundamental issues were problems which he rarely took responsibility for and tried to blame the customer. The concrete pad was out of square, for example, and the simplist thing, like installing an exterior door that does not leak, were beyond his know how or abilities. When it rain, the door leaks and has been doing so every since he installed it. During construction he rarely showed up on the site and we were left dealing with most of the subcontractors. We recommend caution if you are considering this contractor.
