Hello Mary F.
You can write whatever kind of reviews makes you feel better but at the end of the day you wanted me to install your own purchased ( DEFECTIVE MATERIALS) incorrectly over improperly prepared subfloor ,not to mention the illegal power cord running through your living room sub floor. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years and I won’t contribute to a incorrect installation so you can quickly sell your shotty home to a person in my community. And FYI no matter how RICH you are you still have to have manners and respect for other people! I never had anyone treat me the way you did especially when I spent extra time educating you on your situation and was very professional. I could’ve actually put a lean on your house for the work I did do but never did. GOD BLESS AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!

Kr Floor Covering was sent as a sub contractor for John Whelan Flooring Contractor out of Cotati. Kr Flooring showed late to the job and left after 4 hours citing he wanted to change to a nail down method instead of a floating floor.
Kr Flooring didn’t want to finish the job since they thought we’d be “unhappy” with the end result thus wasting flooring, underlayment, our time and money. Kr Flooring as the sub didn’t bother to see our home before starting our job and then walked off. We aren’t experts in flooring installation and relied on these contractors to install a engineered product. Don’t waste your time and money with this Flooring Contractor.

KR flooring installed a carpet and underlay at my home in December 2022. He was meticulous in preparing the subfloor and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He was careful and caring and even helped me to move a couple of items of furniture. Most of all, he was a delight to have around. I will definitely use him again for my next flooring job.
